“杭州日盛”（新技术设备有限公司）成立于1993年，专业设计、研发、制造和销售压缩空气干燥净化设备。

Established in 1993, Hangzhou Risheng (New Technology Equipment Co.,Ltd )is a professional manufacturer of the specialized design, development and production of compressed air dryers and other decontamination equipment.
Since the establishment, Hangzhou Risheng has taken customers' requirements as its own duty. On March 28th, 2007, at the standard meeting of national industry production license office, which held in Fujian Xiamen, the underling of the national bureau enacted "Detailed rules of practicing air compressor license", which definitely stipulated that "Adsorption compressed air dryers" and "Refrigeration compressed air dryer" had been listed in the scope of production license (classified as the fifth unit of air compressor dryer license's sequence numbers. Meanwhile, the item 1.2 of the "Detailed rules" stipulate that any unlicensed enterprise are not allowed to manufacture air compressor, and unlicensed air compressors are not allowed to be used or sold by any individuals.
On December 12, 2007, as a production declaring company of "Risheng "brand compressed air drying and decontamination equipment, "Hangzhou Risheng decontamination Equipment Co., Ltd" is the first company in China that got the license enacted formally by "National industry production license office of the underling of the quality testing bureau", the number of the license is XK06-010-00074.
According to the law and rules enacted by our country lately, Risheng decides to let “Hangzhou Risheng decontamination Equipment Co., Ltd” fully continue all the developed sales and service of “Hangzhou Risheng New Technology Equipment Co., Ltd”, so all the business of “Risheng” famous compressed air drying and decontamination equipment can be continued legally.

Unpurified compressed air has oil, impurity and water;these contaminations prevent modern industry from enhancing the product's quality and labour efficiency.
RSG series filter is a kind of fiber filter(agglomeration filter),of which elements made of high-quality imported glass fiber.They can eliminate the contaminations in the compressed air efficiently.

1. General design:It is very difficult to avoid the inner leaking of the filter; RSG series filter elements adopt the special anti-leakage technology to ensure the filtration efficiency.

We use the three-in-one structure——the combination of evaporator, precooler and water separator. A nm-class hydrophilic film aluminum foil is an kind of material with an excellent anticorrosion and hydrophilic performance, which is prepared from being degreased, washed and dried of the raw material of aluminum foil, coated with special nm material, then dried and cooled. If being used in air condenser, the hydrophilic aluminum foil will disperse the condensed water rapidly so as not to be coagulated into dropets bridge, the result is to expand heat transfer area, speedup freezing and heating while avoiding making noise produced by resistance of airflow. Likewise, if being used in evaporator, it allows efficient heat transfer, with slowing frost on the surface of the fin. This nm-class hydrophilic aluminum foil heat exchanger can prolong its useful service life for 5-10 years, although it costs 3 times more than the conventional aluminum foil heat exchanger.

Louvered fin with nanometer hydrophilic film is reprocessed from nm-class hydrophilic film aluminum foil, which is to make the surface of aluminum foil like louvered fin, so as to expand heat transfer area while maximizing heat transfer efficiency. Experiments proved that the heat transfer efficiency of the louvered fin with nm hydrophilic film is 100% higher than the conventional straight fin.

The refrigerating effect of general refrigeration dryer will be cut down a lot after being used for one year. The main reason of which is the heat transfer efficiency is weakened by jamming heavily or corroding the surface of the condenser. While the condensers coated with nm hydrophilic film have excellent anticorrosion, self cleaning performance, can be cleaned by water directly.
